Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

No refunds are available within 24 hours of the lesson start time.

Intensive courses require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

All lessons are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, we will offer a reschedule or alternative where possible.
